Excellent location in Niagara Falls NY! it is right near EVERYTHING-as in easy walking distance. Every single one of the staff was super friendly making it the friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms were extremely clean! just a great place to stay for a trip to the American side of the falls! Plus they have a rooftop area (and bar on weekends up there) so you can hang out each night to watch the fireworks over the falls! Outstanding!!

The front desk was so courteous and helpful. The room attendants were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, but our room faced the parking lot/road. (not your fault) The bar/restaurant staff and food were excellent. The price was very good, and food was hot and delicious! Plenty of towels and extra when needed. The pool was very nice, kept clean and plenty of towels and seating. The front lobby was nice, and the pantry was always full. The prices at the pantry were good. The parking validation was an added bonus. There were plenty of luggage carts always available.

The location is excellent. There cannot be a better place than this hotel. It is walkable to the falls and is in a very brightly lit area which makes it very safe. Plenty of food near the hotel and is available most of the time. Parking facility is also very safe if one is driving and needs a good safe place to park the car. Friendly and caring staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel has a terrace from where one can see the fireworks and the night lighting of the falls. Lighting is not fully visible but can see the reflection of lights from the mist.

The location was perfect, close proximity to everything near the border. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the gym/pool was definitely a plus. The staff was nothing short of excellent. From the time we checked in until we left. We couldn’t have been more happier with the service we received!

The location is great. Just less tgab 5 min walk to Niagara Falls State Park. Rooftop is also a great place to watch fireworks. It’s close to everything. The tall black guy who checked us in is very friendly and accomodating. He is an asset to the hotel. Just didn’t get his name. The room is clean and looks very nice even the bathroom.

The entire staff was so friendly, Id say out of their way friendly but it was just natural for them. I felt like we'd been good friends for years. The employee at check in (it was almost midnight) and the lady in the morning at breakfast were exceptional!!!! The beds were the most comfortable I've EVER had in ANY hotel I've stayed in. Location was PERFECT! I enjoyed my stay so much, I am returning this weekend! Already booked!!! THANK YOU HYATT Yall have some true gems aboard and I hope they are compensated well$$$$

Location was great right next to the national park. Clean room. Staff were helpful and nice. The room accommodated my party of 4 nicely. Breakfast was decent. My room view was not the greatest but saw the fireworks right at my window.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was wonderful! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s just a short walk to the main attractions at Niagara Falls and conveniently situated next to the main street filled with restaurants and shops. There’s no need for a car, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

Dinner and lunch. Great service, value, and staff. Angelo checked us in upon arrival and he was excellent. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All with a smile. He took time to talk with my Grandson about the pool, the terrace and made sure we were clear on parking in the parking garage. During our time there, he continued to greet us and ask if we had any questions or needs. Short walk to the falls, very convenient. We had a great stay at Hyatt Niagara.
